Hey there, I’m Avery — I’m a wellness writer, NASM-CPT fitness trainer and POPSUGAR contributor currently living la vida aloha on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

After recovering from a 13-year battle with disordered eating, depression and anxiety, it is my goal to bring hope and healing to others while spreading mental health awareness. Forget small talk — I get real digging deep about all things wellness & mental health. When I’m not writing or coaching fitness classes, find me sipping spicy margaritas, adventuring outdoors on my island home, and hugging every golden retriever I meet.

    I would like to run something by ya! I was curious if you’d ever be interested in being an ambassador for the F45 Training Sorrento Valley?? I think you’d be a great influencer for the community and would be a great asset and contributor to F45 and what we stand for.

    We’d offer you a free membership to the Sorrento Valley and Del Mar locations. What’s included in your membership: unlimited membership, free meal plans, F45 gear (shirts, hats, bag, etc.) and photo shoots (for F45 and your own direction).
